I did hear back from customer service, but the replies were kind of slow. Not sure if it was just the timing or what, but it took longer than I expected

I was pleasantly surprised by how reliable the delivery was. It showed up on time for the most part, which made the whole experience easy.

I was not expecting it to show up that fast, but there it was like a little delivery miracle. The box looked totally fine too, no dramatic dents or battle scars anywhere.

I ordered from Hairdousa because I was really hoping it would look more natural once I saw it in person. It’s not awful, but the shine made it feel kind of fake to me, and the part didn’t look quite right. I kept checking reviews and photos from other people to see if mine was just styled differently or if anyone else noticed the same thing.
Shipping was fine, and the color was actually close to what I expected, so I’ll give it that. But for everyday wear out in public, I don’t feel super confident in it. Maybe it’s okay for pictures or certain lighting, but if you’re looking for a really natural look, I’d definitely compare with other buyers’ photos first.

I had a bit of a problem with my order at first because the tracking wasn’t updating, and I actually started to get a little worried. I emailed them and it did take some time to hear back, but they eventually replied and got everything sorted out. The hair arrived fine after that. Not a perfect experience, but I’m happy they fixed it...

I ordered the brown, but when it showed up, it looked way more red than I thought it would. Just wasn’t really the color I was going for.

I really thought this would be an easy put-on-and-go situation, but the lace was just not it. It felt stiff and looked way too obvious around my hairline, so I had to spend extra time trying to make it look natural. Such a simple thing ended up being a hassle

I used it exactly like the instructions said, but my hair still felt greasy after just one try. It had that weird leftover feeling, like it didn’t really wash out right. My hair got tangled really fast too, which was annoying. I kept hoping it would feel cleaner, but it just felt greasy and strange. Not happy with it at all.

I ordered from hairdousa.com and my hair arrived quicker than I expected. After wearing and brushing it out, I can say the hair is really soft and looks nice in person. I did notice a little shedding when I brushed through it, but it wasn’t anything crazy or enough to make me regret buying. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with it and I’d probably order again.

At first my hair felt really soft, and I thought, okay, maybe this is going to be worth the price. But after like two washes, it started feeling dry and a little rough again… which was disappointing. I kept expecting it to smooth out more, I don’t know, maybe I had my hopes up because of the cost, but it just didn’t really last for me.

I used a discount on Hairdousa and it definitely made the total easier to justify. It wasn’t some unbelievable bargain, but it still felt like a solid deal. I do kind of assume these offers are meant to pull you back in and get you browsing more, but if the price stays reasonable, I’m not complaining. I’d probably shop there again if they keep discounts like this around.

There just aren’t many ways to style it. It feels super limited, and the annoying part is that there are all these little policy loopholes that make it seem like you should have more options, but in practice you really don’t. Frustrating.

The box came with a dent, which annoyed me a bit because I like my orders to show up looking decent. Thankfully, the hair inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. I just think they could add better padding next time so I don’t have to worry when I open it.

It took me a little bit to figure it out the first time, but once I got going, the hair was easy to install. The clips stayed in place well and didn’t feel heavy, which I really liked. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for doing it myself, I’m really happy with how it turned out. I can definitely see myself using these again.

I really liked how this cap looked when I first got it, but the fit just wasn’t great for me. It felt too tight around my head and got uncomfy after wearing it for a little while. I tried adjusting it a few times, but it still didn’t sit right. Maybe it’ll work fine for someone else, but for me it was kinda annoying and I don’t really reach for it now...

I ordered the 18-inch length, but when it arrived it looked way shorter than that. I had a feeling something was off as soon as I took it out, i should’ve trusted my instinct. Disappointing.

I tried checking out and my payment kept failing for some reason. It was frustrating because I just wanted to finish the order and be done with it... not really sure what was going on.

I’ve worn this quite a few times already, and it still looks surprisingly good. Isn’t that always the real test? So far, I haven’t had any major shedding or those annoying random tangles, which is a relief. I did take off one star because the ends got a bit dry after I washed it, but overall, I’m happy with it

I was expecting it to have a lot more density, but it looked thin once I took it out of the package. The top was okay, I guess, but the ends were just, yeah, they looked way too light and not as full as the pictures made me think.

I really wanted something that looked full and natural, but this one felt kind of flat and a little cheap to me. Maybe I just got a bad one or something, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

It looked close at first glance, but the texture just didn’t feel quite right to me. When I brought it up, I kind of felt talked down to, like I was being too picky or didn’t know what I was noticing. Overall, it was close, but not close enough for me to feel totally happy with it
